    • How do I reserve a bounce house?

      Choose your inflatable, submit a booking request, and we'll contact you to confirm your reservation and collect your deposit (if applicable).

    • How far in advance should I book?

      We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • What forms of payment do you accept?

      Cash, major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and other approved payment methods.

    • Can I reserve more than one inflatable?

      Of course! Whether you're planning a small birthday party or a large event, we'll help you choose the perfect combination of inflatables.

    • Do you deliver?

      Yes! We deliver, set up, and take down every inflatable.

    • Do you charge for delivery?

      Delivery is included within our standard service area. Rentals outside of our primary service area may incur an additional travel fee based on distance. Any delivery fee will always be discussed before your reservation is confirmed.

    • What areas do you serve?

      We proudly serve: Orange County, Seminole County, Osceola County, Lake County, Polk County.

    • Can inflatables be set up on grass, concrete, or pavement?

      Yes! We can safely set up on several surfaces depending on the inflatable. Let us know where you'd like your inflatable placed so we can bring the proper equipment.

    • Do I need electricity?

      Yes. A standard electrical outlet within approximately 100 feet of the setup area is required. If one isn't available, ask us about generator options.

    • Are your inflatables cleaned?

      Absolutely! Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental.

    • Are you insured?

      Yes! Kingdom Bounce Co. is fully insured for your peace of mind.

    • What items are NOT allowed?

      To keep everyone safe and our inflatables in excellent condition, the following items are prohibited:

    • Shoes

    • Food

    • Drinks

    • Gum

    • Silly string

    • Face paint

    • Confetti

    • Sharp objects

    • Pets

    • What is your refund policy?

      Your satisfaction is important to us! If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

    • Weather-related cancellations:

      We will gladly work with you to reschedule your rental or provide a refund if we are unable to safely set up due to severe weather.

    • Customer cancellations: Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. Please contact us for details based on the timing of your cancellation.

    • What if the inflatable gets damaged?

      Normal wear is expected, but renters are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or prohibited items.
